Together with MAS Metrology and Solutions, representative of Zeiss AI in Brazil, we visited the new Carl Zeiss AI facilities in Neuenstein. We toured the showroom with online inspection technological solutions for body production, cutting-edge technologies that can perform a complete scan of the parts. Ranging from a simple system with a single robot, one sensor, to a measurement cell with temperature compensation, absolute inspection, multiple robots and multiple sensors.
We met with managers from Zeiss Automative Inspection and ZEISS Oberkochen with whom we were able to analyze innovative technological solutions that are being implemented in automotive plants and auto parts around the world to ensure quality in the same place where the bodies are produced.
