One of the pillars that sinceA.M.S.We have maintained since our beginnings to accompany all our clients in industrial growth through the use of the technology that we bring to our clients, who are leading international brands. In this case, we are proud to have been part of the creation of the newDigital Manufacturing Laboratory (FABLAB)of theCatholic University of Santa Fe (UCSF). The institution created together with the companyOptilent SRLand the Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, this laboratory has three 3D printers of the highest quality. FromA.M.S.we have been part of the process, since we have sold this equipment to the companyOptilent SRL, but in addition, as we are known, we provide training and installation services so that the laboratory can get the most out of each piece of equipment. The objective of this laboratory is to allow the implementation of various projects and even the UCSF directors have assured that all companies that want to use the laboratory are invited to do so. At AMS we are proud to have been a key link in the creation of this project, since we managed to bring the best 3D printing technology to an institution that wants to grow the additive manufacturing industry through the generation of knowledge.
What is the 3D printing technology that the laboratory has?
- Stratasys Origin One, which is based on plastic resins, intended for the digital manufacturing of parts for pre-production and industrial manufacturing series. This equipment is the second installed in Argentina and from AMS we have been the first to bring it to the country, when a few months ago we installed it in Dryada 3D Printer.
- Stratasys Object 30, ideal for the digital manufacturing of plastic parts for pre-production, functional validation and presentation prototypes.
- MakerBot Method Xwith FDM technology intended for the digital manufacturing of medium-complex parts
