Training with the southernmost ZEISS team in the world

At AMS we carry out training in the use of Basic Calypso Metrology software, on Carl Zeiss Contura equipment, at the Bariloche Atomic Center, pioneer headquarters of the National Atomic Energy Commission.

This system has a powerful Software package, which allows CNEA to measure curves, surfaces, gears of different types and blades. Additionally, this machine has interchangeable heads, which makes it possible to measure optically or tactilely, as required.

The optical measurement subsequently enables, in addition to dimensional control, reverse engineering work, a process that is carried out in Zeiss Reverse Engineering software, also acquired by CNEA.

This combo of tools makes this CNEA ZEISS Contura installation one of the most complete equipment in the region. Furthermore, with the installation and commissioning, this is the southernmost ZEISS equipment in operation in the world.

At AMS we bring technology and training to the entire country.
