The ZEISS ATOS Q was designed as a flexible 3D scanner for complex measurement and inspection tasks that meets the high metrological demands of many industries. In combination with ZEISS INSPECT, it constitutes a fast, compact and easy-to-use 3D optical measurement system. This model has 12 million points per scan and this same model is also possible with 8 million points per scan.
