We carried out the installation, commissioning and training on the MakerBot Replicator + equipment at EETP No. 2 on July 9.
The work was on training in the use of the equipment, the different components and basic functions, loading/unloading of material, calibration and basic care. Using the MakerBot Print software, covering the interface, print modes, and basic print settings. Introduction to 3D printing, additive technologies and application cases. Obtaining 3D, STL files and complementary software. Types of materials for FDM, uses and conservation care. Application of 3D printing in the classroom, platforms with educational project content and intuitive design. Examples of projects to develop. Practices were carried out where the contents provided in the training were applied.
