3D printing in ceramics and metal
At AMS we continue to bring the latest innovative technology in 3D printing processes.
Added to our wide range of products is the new “Zetamix Kit”, a triad of products that will allow you to make 3D prints in ceramics and metal, achieving a geometric, smooth and resistant final product.
The kit consists of a RAISE3D Pro2 printer or a Makerbot Replicator+, either of the two printers are compatible with ZETAMIX ceramic and metal filaments and allow high-quality 3D printing, completion and resistance. The second component is the “Debinding kit”, an exclusive debinding station for the treatment of parts made of ceramic, with a wide temperature capacity that varies from 20°C to 80°C. The third product is a sintering oven, exclusive to ZETAMIX and called “Zetasinter 4L”, which is used in the final part of the process to give it the necessary details and resistance.
Why trust ZETAMIX technology?
This technology came to revolutionize the world of 3D printing and this production process is used in different industrial sectors, for example Avignon Ceramic produces ceramic pieces for the foundry, aerospace and energy industries. This company, with ZETAMIX technology, manufactures new waves capable of measuring air speed in high temperature and high speed environments. Unlike metal probes, these parts can withstand over 2000°C and supersonic flow, as well as extreme thermal shocks. One of the best candidate materials for this type of application is alumina. Avignon Ceramics decided to produce these probes using a ceramic 3D printing process since probes made of metal do not allow the measurement of fluids in extreme environments. ZETAMIX technology is the only one that can achieve a modeling process that allows the production of complex ceramic pieces with an internal channel.
What do we propose from AMS?With the purchase of the complete kit or any of its components, we will advise you on the correct use of them so that you can make the most of this new innovative technology in production processes. This new technology will allow you to 3D print with ceramic and metal filaments with a precision and speed never before seen in the country.
