The German company Lauble is a specialist in high-precision machining, and for more than 15 years it has been working with ZOLLER technology to raise its production levels. From the German company they comment that in ZOLLER they found one of their main objectives: Reduce and optimize production times. Our client is the only supplier on the market that offers horizontal tool setting devices and has continually developed this technology.
But they not only work with Zoller measurement and presetting equipment, but also use the “TMS Tool Management Solutions” system, according to an article published by ZOLLER:"ready-made interfaces were available for the planned Kardex storage elevator, user-friendly ZOLLER warehouse management, centralized maintenance of data records for tools, components and material characteristics according to DIN 4000, management of setup sheets and data import into the machines.
