At the University of Antofagasta, Chile, AMS carried out Advanced Training in the operation of Calypso Software, by Carl Zeiss. The instruction was conducted on DuraMax equipment.
With the introduction of this measurement technology, the University's Atacama Desert Piloting Center becomes one of the technological references in Northern Chile, being able to support the predominant mining activity in the region.
The trained personnel included Cristian Barrera, Lucas Varas, Estefanía Vigas and Alejandro Valvidia, while from AMS the instruction was carried out by Julián Roel.
This activity once again frames AMS's commitment to the different educational entities.
