We were present at the ZEISS headquarters in Neuenstein, Germany, for the commercial meeting of ZEISS representatives in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and LATAM, the objective of which is the technological update of ZEISS around the world, the discussion of current and future projects, and finally the presentation of success stories in each present region.
Representatives of the company MAS from our region were also present, which, like AMS in Argentina, is responsible for the marketing, implementation and advice of ZEISS in Brazil. This technical synergy between Germany-Argentina-Brazil allows Zeiss AI Digital Online Control systems to be implemented in our region for important automotive companies and their suppliers with the same standards as the parent company.
The headquarters where we were present is intended for production for Car Body Solutions, this gave us the possibility of being in contact with the entire product portfolio that the company has in this line of industrial solutions.
Above all, we were able to use the ZEISS Carfit eMobee. It is a platform for moving parts both on the plant floor and in the metrology room, among other options. This product is highly efficient and provides sustainable support for automated processes in the measurement laboratory.
Once tasks are delegated to robots and software, productivity and efficiency increase. The enormous optimization potential and benefits for users are evident in all areas of the value chain. With CARFIT eMOBEE driverless, ZEISS now provides a solution for automation processes at a time where speed and time optimization are central objectives of the industry.
Through a system of sensors and connectivity the process can be 100% automated, although it is not the only option available. The metrology engineer operating the Carfit Emobee can also opt for the manual format. In this way, measurement jobs can also be quickly rearranged without any difficulty.
