Technological update with ZEISS at Fundición Ariente: quality control at the next level

During last Monday and Tuesday, at the facilities ofAriente Foundry, a technological update plan was implemented where our techniciansA.M.S.and ofMORE MetrologyThey worked together with Ariente personnel.

The objective was focused on the implementation and optimization of X-ray software for foundry inspection equipment. On this occasion we worked on the versatile modelZEISS BOSELLO MAX, recently acquired in 2025 by the foundry company.

Foundry Ariente makes pieces that are sold in both the local and international markets and that is why they must meet the highest levels of precision and quality. With technologyZEISSAll control processes are more than met in a 100% effective way and also much faster, which allows the production line not to be stopped and any failure to be quickly discovered.

BOSELLO MAX technology: 2D X-ray inspection with CT option

The ZEISS BOSELLO MAX system is a customizable 2D X-ray solution, specifically designed for defect detection in demanding production environments. ZEISS BOSELLO MAX is the customizable 2D X-ray solution for your defect detection needs in the production environment.

Therefore, for a foundry like Ariente that processes molded parts, many of them demanding in size, density or geometric characteristics, the BOSELLO MAX represents a key tool to improve quality, traceability and productivity in inspection.

VoluMax technology: high-performance computed tomography

Foundry Ariente also has state-of-the-art computed tomography equipment, the ZEISS VoluMax system, which enhances its capacity to inspect cast parts for local consumption and export.

ZEISS VoluMax technology offers an advanced high-performance computed tomography (CT) solution, ideal for the inspection of complex, large and dense parts, which can be found in both foundries and other industrial processes.

For a company like Foundry Ariente, having VoluMax equipment provides a tangible competitive advantage: it allows 3D inspection of cast parts both for local consumption and for export, with a high level of precision and speed.

Our work with ZEISS in the country

We are official partners of ZEISS in Argentina, which implies not only the marketing of equipment such as the BOSELLO MAX and the installation of VoluMax systems, but we also provide service, technical support, advice on start-up, training of operators and optimization of use.

This alliance allows industrial clients – such as Foundry Ariente – to access world-class international technology, adapted to the local reality, with support from specialists.

The technological update day is a clear example of this collaboration: millions of parts, strict quality standards and increasingly demanding inspection processes require precisely this type of technical-commercial synergy.
