Training

We conducted the Calypso Basic Software Training at the Volkswagen Córdoba Plant. The training was carried out on Carl Zeiss UPMC and Prismo Ultra equipment (the highest precision CMM available in Argentina), of German origin.

We concluded the Technological Update sessions on 3D Printing and the presentation of the new MakerBot Method. We walked through the use of the various functions and add-ons of the equipment and software.

On November 29th we provided a training course for our distributors from Buenos Aires, Rosario and Córdoba at the auditorium of our Buenos Aires offices. Asimeto was represented by James Yin (Asimeto's technology manager).

On Tuesday, December 5th, the Initial Training session on GrabCAD Print Software was held at our showroom. On this occasion, attendees received instruction on the tools available in the GrabCAD Print Software.

AMS carried out the basic Calypso Software operation training on a Carl Zeiss Accura machine acquired by JTEKT. The training was conducted at the Escobar plant and was led by Julián Roel from the AMS Product Department.

The Metrology Technology Update Seminar was successfully held at our new Showroom. We had the participation of Eng. Michael Wieler, Zeiss Latin America Regional Sales Manager and Dr. João Carlos Oliveira Lopes.

AMS carried out the basic Calypso Software operation training on a Carl Zeiss Duramax machine at the University of Antofagasta, Chile. With the introduction of this measurement technology, the Atacama Desert Piloting Center of the University.

The National University of Rafaela (UNRaf), the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI Rafaela) and the ACDICAR Development Agency held last Tuesday the second session on 3D Printing with the aim of deepening knowledge.

The Additive Manufacturing - Professional 3D Printing Seminar was held at Universidad Austral, led by Aldo Di Federico. Important companies from the automotive and renewable energy sectors participated in the event.

On May 17th, the Additive Manufacturing - Professional 3D Printing Seminar was held, led by Aldo Di Federico, together with Stratasys specialists. Some of the key topics of the talk covered materials and their application.

AMS Advanced Machine Systems participated with its stand at the 3rd Congress of the Argentine Chamber of 3D Printing held at the Centro Cultural de la Ciencia. During these sessions, various talks dedicated to advances in 3D printing technologies took place.

INITIAL ZEISS CALIGO AND HORIZONTAL ARM MEASURING MACHINES COURSE AMS Advanced Machine Systems carried out the initial CALIGO and Horizontal Arm Measuring Machines course for the Ecuadorian company AYMESA, dedicated to automotive assembly.

On September 27th, AMS Advanced Machine Systems successfully held a Seminar on the Integration of Scanning, 3D Printing and Measurement at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario, attended by 170 participants including faculty and final-year students.
